Wow, where do I start to tell you how much I enjoyed SWEETEST TABOO and what contributed to that entertainment. First there is the storyline itself, right from today’s headlines, missing children and their advocates. Ms Greggs handled this with care and insightfulness. Second, the setting is in the middle of a hurricane on the Gulf Coast of all places. Finally, there are the characters that could be your next door neighbors, like sweet Melana, coming to grips with what is important in life despite the teasing of her peers. Also the primaries, Cai, who is a strong kick butt woman with a tender side and Chris, a kind understanding man that knows exactly how to love his woman. Yolonda Greggs has woven all these qualities into SWEETEST TABOO, a beautifully moving story that you will long remember and want to tell all your friends and family about.
